Invoice Ledger
The invoice generator grew up. Upload your logo, pick an accent color and one of six themes, and watch the invoice restyle itself live. Every invoice you save lands in a local ledger that behaves like a tiny database you fully own: search, filter, sort, bulk-mark paid, duplicate, export to CSV or a full JSON backup — and imports always merge, never wipe. No account, no server, no "upgrade to remove watermark".

Everything runs in this tab. Your clients, rates, and logo never touch a network — the ledger lives in your browser's localStorage. Close the tab and it's still here when you come back.
A ledger that never forgets
Saved invoices get a stable id and are never overwritten silently. Search by client, number, or notes; filter by status (overdue is flagged automatically from the due date); sort by date, number, amount, or client; and mark whole batches paid at once. The stats bar keeps a running total of invoiced, collected, and outstanding.
CSV + JSON backup
Export the ledger (or just a filtered selection) to a well-formed CSV, safe for Excel. Moving machines or browsers? The JSON backup carries the whole ledger plus your business profile. Imports merge by id or invoice number — you get a summary of what was added, updated, or skipped, and a snapshot is saved before every delete or import so you can undo.
Getting the PDF
Click "Print / Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog. Only the invoice prints — themes and colors included — the rest of the page stays behind.
